Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been purchased you would be asked for your address where you would like your items to be delivered and shipped to. The address your entered for destination of shipping items will give you a quote on the shipping cost. After order is completed you would be emailed a tracking number for you order.

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving product at inefishing.com to make us aware of the damage/defective item, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If and only if a replacement item is not available we will refund the full purchase of your item.
To receive a refund INE FISHING requires an original receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and applied to original method of payment in a timely manner.
Note* Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are damaged during transit or defective. if you would like to only exchange your item for the same item please email us @ ineishing.com
Shipping
In order to return your product, you should contact us @ inefishing.com prior to shipping the item.
INE FISHING is not responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $60.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
INE FISHING is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
